I ordered a sump plug that specifies it comes with the seal. It arrived with no seal. Went on gsf chat, very helpful chap looked on the shelf and none of them had seals so he said he’d refund me.
I’ve not received the refund. Now I’m offered the chance to win a set of sealey spanner’s and the photo is of some other male. Come on guys, get your act together.
