Ordered a clutch online using the number plate guide, the clutch kit that arrived had obviously been previously opened and returned. When I took the car to the garage to get the clutch fitted, the clutch was clearly a different size to the one removed. On calling the help line, I was told there was nothing that could be done and I could return it. Not very helpful when I have a car on ramp with a gearbox removed. Luckily I was there early but I could easily been stuck. I then had to get a replacement clutch delivered at an excessive cost and stay at a garage for 10hours.
Quite clearly you have poor information regarding car parts for vehicles and poor customer service if you're sending out parts that have obviously been opened and returned for probably exactly the same reason that I will have to. Which is another inconvenience I face as the nearest store is not near, nor do I have the time to return it.
