I needed some parts for my car and GSF had a 60% discount deal going on for Black Friday - I purchased new wiper blades, an air filter and I needed a new H7 bulb for my headlight. I was pleased with the price, especially with the discount, but their online support basically told me the wrong information - despite asking several times for clarification - in that the H7 bulb was a pair. I asked several times if the pack I was looking at was for a single or double, and was told it was a double, so I purchased based on that. It turned out it was a single, but I couldn't be bothered with all the messing around to sort out so accepted the bulb as it was - I only needed one, but it's always a good idea to change both at the same time. Had to wait a while in-store until anybody came to the desk, but they were pretty busy with all the deals going on. Would use again, but just don't trust their online support and the descriptions online leave you confused as there's no obvious difference between a number of parts due to the lack of description. Hence why I asked, but was told the wrong information anyway!
