Really bad time at Kingston.
3 items ordered online not in store.
Staff said the computer must be wrong.
2 items wrongly supplied ie not as ordered. Staff wanted to supply the correct items but without discount.
Staff blamed me and did not want to speak with head office when I called them.
Eventually they agreed to call head office to get the discounts applied. Head office told me to tell the staff to do this.
Really unpleasant and unhelpful staff who seem to be new there.
It used to be ok at this branch but I don't want to go there again.
