I've always liked the service I get from GSF. The team I deal with at White Hart Lane are always friendly, understanding and diligent. The only caveat I have is with the parts themselves; I have an old car, a 1994 model and although most of the parts I order are indeed good, there has been more than one occasion when the component simply doesn't fit the car (is designed incorrectly) and I've had to make modifications or resort to paying exorbitant fees for Main Dealer components, having gone to the trouble of returning the GSF ordered part. This said, returns are trouble-free from a 'dealing with GSF' perspective.
