I ordered 2 sets of brake pads on online. I then found out I had ordered 1 set incorrectly.
I rang up and they told me the correct numbers.
My correct ones were then bought from my nearest outlet who were very helpful and also returned my incorrect order for an online refund which was dealt with quickly.
