Service in store is great - but items in store are not priced, and web portal needs a rethink: It says there is a "Low Price Promise", but there are no details of what that actually means. And web/email adverts are very misleading, 23rd Jan "Dont miss out on 59% off." 24/1 "Last chance to get 59%" 25/1 60%off! 26/1 58% off, 27/1 Last chance to get 58%... 28/1 Massive sale 60% off. Even worse than the never-ending DFS sales!!! Shame, as prices overall are okay, but it is very hard to compare whether it is better to buy in store or order online and collect, or go to another autofactor where base prices are typically 50% lower on the items I was looking for
