Placed a click and colllect order at Lakeside GSF. Email said items could be collected after 1 hour. I left it a full day to make sure it would be ready as it was a big order and i didnt want to be waiting in branch. Thats the whole point of using "click and collect" for me.
Arrived to collect and had to queue for a good 10 minutes. I got to the counter and was told it still needed picking... waited at the counter for about 15 minutes and was told by someone from the office (looked like the manager) he had chased the picker a few times on the phone and they were dealing with the order. Waited quite a bit longer and the manager then went out to help find the order (he did apologose for the delay).
Parts did start coming out and the manager washelping. there were now what looked like 3 people picking it and the manager checking the order on the desk! A part was forgotton and they went back and re-picked it.
Finally paid and left. The whole point of pre-ordering was so i didnt have to stand and wait for a large order. This is my 2nd visit to GSF and the 2nd time i have been disatisfied with the service. I wish there was a euro car parts near my work adress!
