My experience is a mixed one. In the first visit I just popped in and asked for the part I needed. Didn't get quite a good customer servive and neither the part I was after, even though it showed in stock there at that branch. Second time I reserved the part online and rang them up to double check if it's really there. The same person from the last visit was there at the counter very friendly this time got the parts paid and left under 2 minutes. Can't leave without mentioning the rude message on the side window of your office which says " This is a one way mirror, if you can see us we have fixed the wrong way around, so please don't bother to wave" come on this is not some body's bedroom window is it ? You are a business we are customers who are here to purchase, and if you are not at the desk stop lounging in the office come out to the counter.
