I can not fault the counter service at Daventry they real are customer service focused, keep you the great work. What I do find very difficult to understand is applying a discount code from the website gives me a greater discount on parts than as a Trade customer. What it does show is that you can afford to discount parts at 65% and still make a profit, therefore trade pricing should be equal to or better than the 65% discount.
