On the 16/02/19 I completed a click and collect order, (order number above) for 5 litres of oil and an oil filter of which your stock showed in stock at your LS4 2AR branch, upon my arrival i received the oil filter but was told the oil wasn't in stock, a phone call to your LS8 branch showed oil in stock, total paid at LS4 branch and off i drive to the other branch to be given the wrong oil, the oil i was given was Comma X-Flow 4 Litre when i ordered a 5 Litre Daytona oil. After a time of complaining, asking for a refund ect your manager gave me another 4 litre oil free of charge and couldn't have been more helpful, but it has not been a very good customer experience and this is the very reason i refuse to use euro car parts any more. In brief the oil i ordered you don't stock anymore, had this been known i wouldn't have ordered through yourself's as the oil i needed was just over 4.5 litres so your oil wasn't enough. Clearly your website is outdated showing and allowing me to order something your staff seem to think is no longer available and hasn't been available for some time, and the fact it showed as in stock when there was no possibility of it being in stock. Your LS8 manager was helpful and sympathetic to my issue. And finally to top it off i had to return to the LS4 branch to change the filter as i had been given a cartridge oil filter not an oil filter. As you can imagine this is poor service and a poor customer experience.
