ordered a brake caliper but had to return it as it was the wrong part for my vehicle, i had no issues when returned but could not purchase one from you until it had been ordered which would take 2 days as this was a Friday which unfortunately was not soon enough. staff helpful on phone and in store, would had scored higher but didn`t due to inconvenience of the not being able to get the correct part in time and 2 journeys having to be made (collect and to return)
