When I turned up at 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning there was For customers waiting to be served and one person behind the till you had at least three or four people sitting in the office doing nothing we had to wait in a queue for no reason very poor service. Next time I will Probably shop at Euro parts, as I hate waiting when there is no need for it... the staff at Northampton shop need a talking to...
