i received part which weren't suitable for my car although website suggested it would. i then went to the actual store, person behind the till took the part to be sent back and requested for refund. I received my refund next day which i think it was quick. i then ordered the right product with the help of sales assistant at the store. Website needs improvement in terms of suggesting the right product per vehicle registration to avoid the hassle. happy with the product and journey overall.
