I fail to understand the motivation behind pricing parts at astronomical prices only to discount them constantly by 45-60% with codes. It's also very frustrating that click and collect orders never seem to have picked despite emails confirming they're ready having been sent. And finally, if you're not going to have staff at the front desk, at least put a buzzer in so customers aren't stood around waiting to be served for 5 minutes.
