My last order for collection from letchworth branch went ok, but I’ve had two previous experiences where orders are placed stating a collection date to only find when you go to collect on that date that the order has been cancelled off the system as it’s been more than 3 days from order to collection date which makes no sense and means the order has to placed again wasting time and money traveling to the branch.
