I ordered the spares online (premium wheel bearing kit) and had confirmation that they were ready for me to collect but when I went to collect them, the spares weren’t ready and the ones I wanted there wasn’t any in stock at my store so I had to accept the standard ones. I was offered that they could get the ones I ordered in for the next day but as I had already made a special journey to the store to collect them as I had confirmation I didn’t want make another journey. I was less than impressed especially when I ordered online and had confirmation that they were ready for collection. However the staff apologised and were very courteous.
