I used the click and collect service for an air and pollen filter for my BMW at the Castle Bromwich store. The inside of the store is clean and neat and the the staff were friendly. But my small concern was the waiting time, for click and collect I would have thought it would have been picked and ready to go before I even walked in the store. But i was waiting for what seemed to be a fair few minutes.
