Ordered parts online, got email from Head Office telling me to come collect from my local GSF store next day, but when I went the parts hadn't arrived. As I had the vehicle already disassembled I had to buy the more expensive alternatives that were in stock.
I suggest other customers call their local store to confirm orders have actually arrived, rather than just believing what I assume is an automatically generated and overly optimistic Head Office email.
This all cost me three times as much as I would have paid had the email been telling the truth.
GSF local branch staff were apologetic and tried to be helpful, so no blame there.
