I generally have good experience with GSF. However recently ordered a click and collect and it wasn't available the next day at the store. Waited a few days for it to be restocked and then I rang to be told Birmingham don't have it in stock to replenish their store so they will get one thats showing at another store and to give it a couple more days for it to arrive and the staff will ensure my invoice doesn't get deleted.
Eventually the part arrives in the shop but someone deleted my invoice which had an online discount. I was told I couldnt simply turn up and pay but 'I' had to ring Birmingham to get them to put my deleted invoice back on the system. I rang and was greeted by a guy in the grumpiest mood ever who refused to put my invoice back on. Simply telling me to go online and order it again as a click and collect and if it doesnt show in stock for me to go to the store and tell the staff to ring Birmingham.
I found I had to do the work to put the mistake right instead of staff, which was disappointing and the attitude from the Birmingham employee fell below any customer service expectations.
