Bought a car battery from Bletchley, which is about 3 miles from my home so distance was acceptable. Price was good. Service was good enough. I used click and collect. The first one I bought had the terminals in the wrong place, which was my mistake though a really good seller would check against my car. The exchange for a correct battery was not quibbled. But I had expected to take the first one back and get an immediate swap. I was told I had to go home and reorder for click and collect. That was annoying, The refund for the first battery was in my bank account quickly. I have bought a lot from Euro Car Parts but I will now check GSF when buying and I have signed up for your newsletter.
