With regards to loyalty email shots and their discount periods when shopping online, I have found that customers like myself can get caught up in the discount period and not being able to collect during the time given from order. Such that the customer has to reorder inline with when they can collect, bearing in mind that your shops close around the same time people finish work, so my issue is convenience and can you make it better 'hassle free' buying experience?
