The guys in the stores are fantastic to deal with. Super supportive and helpful.
However, online/telephone customer service is appalling. The website listed a product that was compatible with my car so I went ahead and bought it.
Got home and it didn't look right, so a quick Google check tells me that this is a group of parts for a different car. Different manufacturer entirely.
I wanted a clutch and flywheel for a BMW M5, however the ones sold to me were for a VW Golf.
Telling customer services online was a complete waste of time. They're also oblivious to sarcasm. On the telephone, they were just as clueless.
If you're 100% certain a product is compatible with your car, then great, double, triple check it when you get it. If not, go to somewhere where their systems aren't designed by three year olds.
