I went online to buy 3 parts hoping for home delivery. 2 of the 3 items were in stock and could be delivered next day but the 3rd showed as 'not in stock'. However when I contacted the local GSF branch they had all 3 in stock so I collected them, although this was not straightforward as my car was off the road. I do not understand why the full order could not be delivered to my home. Branch staff were helpful and service was quick. Prices after discount were good. So overall I am reasonably happy.
