I've ordered quite a few parts recently for a restoration and have been good value and delivered on time etc.
Disappointing situation today when I called customer service to explain that the parts I received didn't match either the photo of the product on the website (which was correct) or the original part I had removed.
After 15 mins of going round in circles on the phone I was told that if I wasn't happy I could return them to my local store for free - a 30 mile trip each way is not exactly free! or post back at my expense. The 'Bargain' discount I got online doesn't seem such a bargain now as I'm left with parts that will not be going on my car.
