I ordered a diesel fuel filter using my car registration and when I went to collect the filter from your Belfast branch I asked the assistant to check it was correct against my registration.
He checked it on his computer and found the one I ordered online was incorrect.
If I hadn't have asked him I would have got the wrong one.
