Waited 5 days for 48hr delivery not to arrive. Then random PayPal refund emails, per item, began to appear. No explanation email from GSF though. Rang them, only then to be told that the parcel was damaged in transit and had been returned to them. They did manage to transfer order to local branch after 20 mins on phone, and I then had to drive there to pick it up and pay for it all over again. Pretty poor process, overall, in my opinion.
