Why is that every time I order a part Online then come into store to collect it I’m told by the shop assistant that it might not be the right part for my car? I’ve had this happen on a number of occasions and there’s nothing more annoying than typing your car reg into the online system then choosing a part to only find when you arrive at the store to collect it that it doesn’t fit your car! What’s the point in having the section where you put your reg in if it doesn’t correspond with your car! Very annoying and quite an easy fix. Also you go into store and the assistant always says we have nothing to do with the online department?? What does that even mean. If I type in GSF into the internet, then order a part, then go in store to collect of course it’s the same company but not according to the staff at GSF Smethwich branch. I could go on and on but what’s the point as the front end never ever knows what the back end is doing at this place. Extremely unprofessional and annoying. I’ve never had this issue at Euro Car Parts which I know is your rival company. Come on guys, it’s time to wake up I think..??
