Ordered some parts for my Seat Leon Cupra on line to be picked up via 'click and collect' from the Gloucester store. Easy to use the web site by first entering the car reg. which found the correct make and model straight away. Rear discs were on the shelf but the pads were not available until the following day. When collected the pads were for a Jaguar, which clearly did not fit. Turns out that the web site data was incorrect and the Jaguar pads were indeed listed against the Seat. Counter staff at Gloucester were excellent in resolving the issue and as it turned out, the correct pads (Brembo) were on the shelf all along. This snag has resulted in my rating of good, as opposed to very good, simply because the front end data on the web site was incorrect. The process itself and the help given by the staff were great.
