Poor service levels. I asked my partner to pickup some parts that I'd reserved via click & collect. The person serving behind the counter was playing loud music on his phone, and having a conversation with a customer on the other phone which included an inappropriate comment about Michael Jackson. My partner now refuses to go pickup any other parts from GSF for me, so you've just lost a customer to your competitors 3 miles away.
