Based on my experience.
The good:
- well built website, easy to use and find parts.
- local stores to collect from because I'm very eager like that
The bad:
- images represented on the website do not reflect the product in store, this disclaimer should've been given when I reserved the product.
- Image was of k&n filter and the most expensive filter based on my car but on arrival that wasn't the case.
- customer service needs to be taught to employees. It doesn't exist.
