Did a click & Collect at your Reading store, Went to Collect, & because the E-Mail hadn't come through confirming my order, the guy serving was at best very unhelpful & rude, I walked out, vowing never to use that store again.
So I went to your Eastleigh Store, ordered the same parts, completely different experience, the technology had worked this time, I had the Reference, the staff were very helpful, will use that store again
