The postman didn’t leave it so it makes mail order a waste of time.
I had to pay more to get it sent to another post office and I had to go and get it.. absolute farce.
You need a signature so this whole thing breaks down.
Rubbish, you get your money and I get the frustration and the extra 50 pounds for a re-test
