Battery to be delivered by courier. First item arrived inverted compared to the cardboard 'this way up' packaging - item useless corrosive content all over the packaging. Notified GSF reps and in due course replacement item arrived with some discoloration of cardboard packaging but hopefully with enouth electrolyte left to fulfil 5 year guarantee. Packing staff supervision needs increasing. Think about whether to send batteries through the post any more. I certainly will. delivery operative said parcels often tumble along conveyors and staff often do not read 'this way up' notices due to lack of English or care.
