After many failed attempts setting up a order I went to the Kingston branch. I was the only customer in there at the time but I still had to wait about 5minutes to be seen. The staff members we just chatting. When I got the parts one of the items was damaged, not your fault.
But I was treated like an idiot when I returned the part. I went back with the paperwork for an exchange. It took about 3 minutes to be addressed, I eventually got the part exchanged. Not the service I expect.
