I used the online chat via the website as there was a choice of handbrake cables and the information on the site wasnt clear on the differences. Needless to say the parts I was advised were the correct ones were actually indeed the wrong ones. Which left my car off the road for a day as the correct ones were not available same day.
I will say though that Laura in GSF Basingstoke was very helpfull and completely on the ball with getting correct parts in for me.
In a nutshell, dont bother with the online chat and go straight to store.
