Over the years my personal experience of GSF is that they supply as many wrong parts as the correct ones. I sympathsize that within a vehicle`s model / year there can be variations of parts etc but I live around 17 miles from the nearest branch and now that I`m just surviving on a pension using my time and fuel to return wrongly supplied parts isn`t a viable option for me. The brake pads recently supplied for my Peugeot 307 were wrong-these were ordered on line and I still have them. Unfortunately GSF could never supply me with the correct rubber gaiter for another Peugeot I previously owned and the complete set of brake pads I bought for our school run ``bus`` (a Seat Alhambra) were completely wrong and as I couldn`t find the receipt for them I couldn`t return them. I think they`ve been thrown away now - around £60 wasted there. They did get the wiper blades for the wife`s car correct at the third attempt and a young lady delivered them to my house after two abortive visits by me to their shop. Having been employed by the MOD sourcing and supplying parts to replace worn out parts for military vehicles from Land Rovers to Challenger tanks where it had to be right first time, I`ve found GSF to be a very hit or miss organisation and any business is only as good as the people who are employed by it and do the job properly that they are paid to do.
