I ordered online and collected from my local branch (7 miles). I accidentally ordered the wrong side on, so I asked my son to take it to the store to swap to the correct side. I checked first to make sure it was the same price, which it was. When he got there he was told it was 50p more as we had an online price. He did not have any money or card on him. He was told it was tuff. Guys, you seriously need to work on your customer service, it was 50p. You could have waived it, we collected it. Going to order from elsewhere next time.
