Part supplied was faulty and they didn't have a replacement in stock. I couldn't wait for a replacement to be ordered (had to get mobile), so I had to cut my own thread on a stud (clearly didn't go through the manufactures quality control) so I could use the part. Didn't even apologise for the hassle. Were happy to order a new one in, but that was 2 days away.
