Normally good service but I was rather disappointed when I went to pick up my vw t4 back box that it had been dropped and was damaged, I pointed out the damage but was offered no discount or alternative part. I took the part out of desperation as I needed my van back on the road and had to dress out the damage with a hammer and dolly to make the joints useable.
Also the part was for a lwb van so needed cutting down for my swb van. So not even the right part was supplied.
Im usually impressed by GSF but highly unimpressed this time around.
