The website worked fantastically and allowed me to order the parts I needed and collect them nearly instantly in store. My only quibble is the fact that there are differing prices between in store and online, meaning that I had to order the items online despite me standing in the store. Apart from this however I got the parts I needed and had service with a smile from the shop assistant (something unusual these days)! (Gloucester Store)
