I like the online ordering and I have used it many times, but I think there needs to be something more in line with the parts checker in stores, I recently ordered a cam belt kit using my Reg and it was wrong, but after going into my local store (banbury) the really helpful staff was able to get me the correct kit from there system. I also think that it should tie in the local stores for a quicker delivery option even if it costs a little for delivery so you don’t have to wait for Royal Mail to do the delivery! (I’m still waiting for my parts I ordered Thursday Morning and it’s Monday) luckily i’m not in a mad rush for the parts. Overall I’m always happy to use gsf over other competitors.
