I ordered on line two parts to collect from the Kingston store which would be ready in one hour. That was easy and simple enough, however.. When I arrived at the store the three staff behind the counter failed to acknowledge me. Two were on the phone busy, fine, but the other one staring at his computer screen continued to do so. There was no greeting or even "Someone will be with you in a moment." I found this to be rude considering the shop is so small. Once served I was told that one part wasn't actually in so I'd have to return the next day. I then asked if it would be okay to use the 15% off voucher I had partially printed and from his response you'd have thought I was trying to rob the place! I was not aware I'd actually had a discount from placing the order on line even though I had not yet paid. Needless to say I didn't return and ordered my parts on line with another company with free delivery at half the price.
