I was going to Service 2 of my vehicle's and looking for oil on the GSF website for my vehicle's their web page said none in stock so I rang my local branch who then provided me with oil they had in stock of the right grade and they gave me a code to find it online to add to my order. They would have lost the sale if I just used the online service but the staff were very helpful on the phone and in store and gave the advice and information. It's the website that gave it just a good grade they should add check by calling your local store if you cant find what you are looking for.
