Website was good. I called to collect and pay for the part and took the old part in - fortunately. The GSF staff member was really helpful as we checked the part it was clear that it was different. He tried to find the correct part but none was available so advised buying from Mercedes direct which is what I did. Inaccurate website but excellent staff help on the Gloucester trade desk.
I will be back when I need something.
