I had an issue where some of the parts within a kit shown in the website photo were completely missing. I complained and the agent implied it was my fault for not checking (they were in the photo !) and it was described in GSF web guide that its ok for parts to be slightly different even though they were missing entirely. I had to complain a second time before I got a refund. However the upshot is I had to reuse old parts to get the job done.
