Purchsed 3x 5L bottles of Drive Tec screenwash and was told 3 days for delivery but had to contact GSF as order was never arriving after about 10 days . Spoke with GSF online chat only to be told that in fact my order had been 'damaged in transit'. Asked as to why as a customer I had not been informed earlier either by txt or email as to missing order. GSF gave options of refund or re-order so I chose to Re- order. Arrived 2 days later. Have again contacted GSF to make them aware of possible issues with transporting this particular product, as leaking may occurr when posting liquids by courier as no protective bubble packaging placed inside so bottles were able to move about in the enclosed box which is not ideal. Although the 5L plastic bottles although arrived in box upright there was still a chance of spillage as the manufacturer does not affix a safety inner pull tab seal on the lip of the bottle only a screwtop with perforated twist off lid so there is a high chance that liquid will leak out when being transported if bottles not kept upright. Also ponted out that some couriers will not deliver screenwash as classed as 'dangerous goods' GSF have told me they will pass on my concerns to manufacturer. Will probably order from GSF in the future and hopefully they and Courier will keep customers more informed any issues with orders. I must mention that the Courier failed to notify me of damaged order but both GSF and Courier must take some blame. That is my honest opinion regarding this particular transaction and I have used GSF in the past :) thanks
