Great website prices! Much cheaper than in store. 1 hour click and collect service and free delivery for orders > £40 are also excellent.
But website functionality is often sluggish and poor (confirmed by counter staff) resulting in multiple recording of orders and the concomitant emails, until cancelled a week later.
