The counter staff at my local store are always friendly and very helpful. Being served (as distinct from waiting to be served) can take a long time. This seems to be because click&collect parts are not picked in advance. They say that this is because so many people fail to collect their order. I suggest that this is because the website usually places the order twice, possibly I do press "reserve" a second time because it takes so long to acknowledge the first press. It is often difficult or impossible to find the part I want from the website yet the staff identify it very easily. Room for improvement there.
