Staff in local Bedford branch are knowledgable and helpful and telephone/counter service is good. Website is frankly awful as the login normally fails multiple times and when I have already placed an order I regularly receive an email the following day saying items are still in my basket (when I have already collected them). On line chat doesn’t work as I can see position in queue go down but then do not get a response. Parts pricing is variable (batteries always more expensive than Halfords) and discount codes confusing. I thought I had signed up to have them automatically applied but they rarely are and then I have to hunt for one that works. A good company but plenty of opportunities for improvement. Thanks for the opportunity to tell you the above......when I mention it in branch they agree but cannot fix the issues.
